Bhavna Lakhan

Bhavna completed her post-graduation in Education from Azim Premji University, Bangalore. Being in the education sector for a while now, her focus is to build the capacity of educators and people involved in the education sector for holistic development of the education system. She is keen on understanding and improving various teaching-learning methods in the classroom setting with limited resources. Apart from education-related literature she also loves to read about gender issues to build an understanding of inclusivity. Earlier. she worked with Kotak Education Foundation where she built the capacity of school leaders in personal and instruction leadership. The teaching of Buddha fascinates her and she also completed an 8-month residential course at Nagaloka, Nagpur. When not working Bhavna spends her time playing with chess, solving the rubik's cube, and spending time with nature.
